Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Cellies purchase! If you're not satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:

1. Return Period:

   • You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your items, as per Dutch regulations.

   • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@cellies.shop with your order number and reason for return, including pictures. We do not accept returns if the package has been opened.

   • After approval, send the item to the return address provided in our response.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Refunds:

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

   • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products, opened packaging, or sale items.
